    NUTRITION AND FOODS (Every Year / First Semester)
    This is an introduction course in wellness, nutrition and food.
     
    BAKING & PASTRY (Every odd year / Second Semester) (2010-11, 2012-2013, 2014-2015, ETC...)
    This course introduces students to more complex dishes, running and working in the food industry, garnishing, and cake decorating.
     
    CULINARY & CULTURAL FOODS (Every even year / Second Semester) (2011-2012, 2013-2014, ETC...)
    This course continues where Culinary Chef I left off.  We investigate more elaborate and cultural dishes from around the world. 
     
    FOOD SCIENCE (Every Year / Full Year)
    This will count as a third year science course.  We investigate the science of food and nutrition, our labs are split between science and food labs.
