INVITATION TO BIDDERS

The Board of Education of Central School District No. 1 of the Towns of Saugerties, Woodstock and Ulster, Ulster County, New York solicits sealed bids from reputable and qualified bus transportation companies for the transportation of McKinney Vento pupils from outside the Saugerties Central School District for the 2025-2026 school year.

TRANSPORTATION BID 2526-02

Sealed bid proposals will be received, publicly opened and read in the Business Office, Hildebrandt Building, 310 Washington Avenue Extension, Saugerties, New York (mailing address: Call Box A, Saugerties, New York 12477), on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Any bid received after this time will be returned to the bidder unopened.  Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Transportation Office, Saugerties Central School District, Hildebrandt Building, 310 Washington Avenue Extension, Saugerties, New York 12477, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to require the submission of a bond for the faithful performance of any contract.  Any bid submitted shall be binding for 90 days subsequent to the day of the bid opening.
