    Physical Eduucation during Extend Break-
    Children should be active for at least 120 minutes per week, as mandated by NYS Education.  During the extened break it is crucial to take care of yourself both physically and mentally.  
     
    Starting 4/13 students will keep a Daily Activity Log.  Each day they will will complete at least 25-30 minutes of activity.  They will then input the name of the activity and the amount of time.  These activities can consist of a bike ride, walking the dog, Hiking, practice a sport, etc.  
     
    For those of you who would like to try something new I will be posting a suggested daily activity through Google Classroom.
     
    I have also supplied various links below that you can check out as well.  Remeber, the activity does does not have to happen all at once, it can be broken up throughout the day.  All Logs will be Due on Fridays. If you have any questions you can message me in Google Classroom or email me at scollins@saugerties.k12.ny.us.  I also have office hours everyday from 9-11 if more assistance is needed.
