Infinite Campus Parent Portal
The Infinite Campus Parent Portal allows authorized parent/guardians to access student related information about their children. Your password and username should not be shared with other household members. Unauthorized use may result in the cancellation of the account.
Once you have activated your online account, you can use the portal to view student information for your child:
If you already have a Parent Portal user name and password, click here: LOGON PAGE
If you forgot your Parent Portal user name or password, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you received your activation code and wish to activate your account click here: ACTIVATE ACCOUNT Additional information is below for your reference.
NOTE: You will receive an error message that directs you to contact the administrator. "A configuration error has occurred that is preventing access to the system" . Ignore this message, the software company is working to resolve the error message. The work around until then is to return to the Parent Portal display and click on the link LOGON. When the link opens, type in the userid and password that you entered in the previous step. DO NOT forget to bookmark the page for future access.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN INFINITE CAMPUS PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT?
Complete the attached Parent Portal User Agreement Form and return to the Main Office of your child's school or email the completed for to email@example.com

For parent portal assistance send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Include your name, and a description of the problem or your request. Please do not call the school district directly for telephone support. If your wish to be contacted by phone include your daytime phone number.
Attendance: The Infinite Campus Parent Portal presents information on a real-time basis. This means that parents accessing attendance information during any given school day might notice an absence that has not yet been cleared (e.g., Guidance appointment.) Parents should be aware that these absences are typically cleared as soon as we receive the appropriate notification.
