New York State is asking for your input on the Parent Dashboard

     Welcome to the 2020-2021

    School Year!

Student Start and Ending Time: 9:15 AM - 3:28 PM

    UPDATE: 10/5/2020

Cohort A - Students whose last name begins with A-K will report on Mondays and Thursdays.

Cohort B - Students whose last name begins with L-Z will report on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Wednesday will be designated as 100% remote learning for all students.

    Please note:

            ● There are exceptions to this for students who have different last names but are in the same households, and to meet the needs of our programming to provide services.

IMPORTANT: Please have your child wear earbuds/earphones if they are in a live google meet. It minimizes noise and feedback as teachers are teaching live.

Arrival: 9:00 - 9:15 School officially begins at 9:15 AM Staff will greet students and direct them to the appropriate entrance. All students must follow the COVID-19 guidelines required by the New York State Department of Health. This includes wearing masks while riding the bus and during school except for designated times throughout the day (ex. lunch and outdoor socially distanced classes and activities). All walkers and vehicle drop off students must also follow these guidelines as soon as they enter school property.

8/28 UPDATE:  Teacher assignments are on their way!  Letters were mailed 8/28 and families will receive their letter soon.  After receiving your letter, please email your child's teacher with the contact information requested in the letter so teachers can do the following:

    • Make contact with students and share Google Classroom codes for the first day of remote learning.
    • Make direct contact with students and their families so they can answer questions.
    • Provide a schedule and updated supply list.
    • Scheduling an in-person or virtual teacher meeting.
    • Arranging for material/textbook pick-up.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.  As always, I appreciate your flexibility and support. Stay healthy!
