The spirit of giving is alive and well at Grant D. Morse Elementary School, where teachers came together to support school families through an Adopt-A-Student gift drive. Principal Kristina Giangreco worked alongside the school’s social worker, nurse, and psychologist to identify families in need. Teachers and staff selected gifts from an anonymous list and purchased items to help ensure every student felt remembered this season.

Morse Elementary School students had a chance to shop for gifts during the PTAs annual Holiday Shoppe.

Morse Elementary School Principal, Kristina Giangreco, was invited to present at this year's School Administrators Association of New York State (SAANYS) conference, where she shared a creative and inspiring initiative that began right here in our District.

Students in Valerie Raleigh’s Grade 3 class at Grant D. Morse Elementary School are strengthening their math skills by practicing addition and estimations.

This week, elementary schools across the Saugerties Central School District participated in Fire Prevention Week. Local fire departments helped students learn important fire safety skills in an age-appropriate and engaging way.
