Students had the opportunity to invite family service members to a special breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Afterwards the students, all decked out in red, white, and blue, paid tribute to these men and women with a spirited assembly. Students sang patriotic songs, played music, and gave handcrafted poppies to each veteran as a symbol of gratitude for their sacrifice.
Grant D. Morse also gave special honors to veteran Gary Fraske, the school’s monitor. Thank you for your service Mr. Fraske.
