Riccardi starts a SCORE Store Jr. Free Store

Inspired by the successful SCORE Store located in the Jr/Sr High School, which offers free food, clothing, and personal hygiene items donated by our wonderful local community, the Student Government wanted to provide similar support for Riccardi students.

They put out a request for gently used items and filled a storage closet with a variety of supplies. The SCORE Store Jr. will be open for students to visit at the beginning and the end of the school day on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Currently, they have new and gently used lunch boxes, pens, paper, erasers, glue sticks, and other school-related items available.  To pick up items from the store, students just need to bring a note requesting what they need or would like to have.

The District is proud of our students for their initiative in supporting their peers, and we thank parents, and the community for their generous donations! Together, we can make a difference!
