Cahill Earns recognition in Best School Ranking in US News & world Report

“I am incredibly proud of the dedication and commitment shown each day by the Cahill school community,” said Acting Superintendent of Schools Dr. Gwendolyn Roraback. “This recognition reflects the consistent hard work of our students, staff, and families, and their shared focus on learning and growth.”

Principal Laura Cahill also shared her pride in the school community. “This honor reflects the dedication and passion of our exceptional teachers and staff, the curiosity and hard work of our students, and the unwavering support of our families,” she said. “The U.S. News Award reflects the collective efforts of our entire school community and reinforces our commitment to supporting every student’s academic, social, and emotional growth.”

The 2026 US News Report rankings are based on State assessment data and evaluate schools using a formula that considers both student performance and socioeconomic demographics. Schools are measured equally across four key areas:
• Math Proficiency
• Math Performance
• Reading Proficiency
• Reading Performance

This recognition highlights the strong partnerships and steady progress that support student success.
