Nature in Your Own Home: A Guide to Building and Maintaining a Custom Bioactive Terrarium
Presented by Bennett Beaulieu
Students will learn how to create a living terrarium that looks like a natural habitat, and supports the health and well-being of small animals and reptiles. This fun, hands-on topic blends science, creativity, and responsible pet care. It’s a great way to explore nature right at home. Remember nature is calming.
This session is recommended for children and teens to watch with a caregiver.

At the June 9 Board of Education meeting, Saugerties Central School District recognized four teachers who were granted tenure, marking an important milestone in their professional careers and continued service to students.

During the June 9 Board of Education meeting, the District had the privilege of honoring and celebrating the careers of several individuals who are retiring from Saugerties Central School District. The group included teachers, teaching assistants, secretary, monitor, social worker, and the District Treasurer, each of whom has made a meaningful difference in the lives of students across the district.
