Dear Parents and Guardians,
Beginning Monday, November 21, we will be discontinuing lettuce salads and using lettuce for sandwiches, due to the soaring prices and inferior quality of all lettuces. We look forward to returning these items to the menu as soon as both pricing and quality return to acceptable levels. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

The Sawyer Automotive Foundation gifted $15,000 to the Saugerties Central School District on November 19 as part of its “Night at the Theater” benefit concert.
Saugerties Social Studies teacher Denyse Ortlieb and senior Marin Musgrave are making a huge impact on students in the District. How? By setting up a “Free Store” called SCORE (Saugerties Community Offering Resources for Everyone). The store offers an array of non-perishable foods, household and personal-care items, and clothes—all for free.
Lettuce salads will temporarily be on hold as a lunch menu item.
If you are finding it hard to put food on the table this Thanksgiving holiday, please know that there are many local restaurants, food pantries, soup kitchens, and faith groups who are offering free Thanksgiving meals.
November 10 was National Signing Day. A day student-athletes officially sign a Letter of Intent to commit to a sports program at the collegiate level. Saugerties High School shined a spotlight on a few of our student athletes.
