Guest Speaker Discusses How She Got Into Marketing
Taylor, the founder and owner of “Unless Media,” a Hudson Valley marketing firm, shared her journey as a marketer and small business owner. She also covered a wide range of topics with students, including branding, strategy, photography, current trends, websites, and social media.
She spoke about how her experiences at SHS helped spark her interest in marketing and entrepreneurship and prepared her for her career path.

Saugerties High School art students have been visiting local artists’ studios this fall to learn more about the creative process and the work of artists in our community. Through a partnership between the SHS Art Department and the Saugerties Arts Commission, students are exploring how art is created and discovering new ways to express themselves.

On game days, most people watch the scoreboard. Athletic Trainer Nathaniel “Nate” Reynaud watches the athletes. During the Mum Bowl on Saturday, October 4, the Saugerties Sawyers battled the Dover Dragons under intense heat. While the crowd celebrated big plays, Nate stayed focused on the sidelines—ready for whatever came his way.

The Saugerties Varsity Golf Team completed an outstanding season, finishing with a perfect 10-0 record before heading into the Larry Johnson MHAL Team Championship on Thursday, October 9 at Apple Greens Golf Course (par 36) in Highland.
