Prom, Graduation, Summer, and Safety: A Parent's Reminder

According to the CDC, traffic accidents during the spring are 9% higher among drivers under 25. Increased traffic, less structure, and risky choices—like impaired or distracted driving—can all lead to danger.

Please remind your child/ren to:

• Avoid distractions like phones, music, and food while driving

• Never drive under the influence

• Always buckle up

• Leave early and take their time

• Limit the number of passengers

• Have a plan for after prom

A few minutes of conversation could make all the difference. Let’s help our students make safe choices and enjoy the season ahead.
